roman is doing well - not sure how much he's grown since his two-week appointment, but jake and i agree that he's getting bigger. he gives us random smiles - don't think he's actually laughing/smiling at us yet... in fact, the main things that he smiles at right now are the ceiling fan in his bedroom (which is black and seems to "pop out" against the white ceiling) and any other forms of light, including lights in the ceiling, lamps, and sunshine.
roman attended his first flag-football game on saturday, which he slept through in its entirety. it was cold out, so he was bundled up pretty snugly in his infant seat and seemed to enjoy!
Had a fun day today -- aunt brittany and cousin raefe came to visit. britt and i had a fun (short) venture at the mall while the boys slept. we also got to do a quick photo-shoot of the boys at our house -- not sure if the boys enjoyed it as much as britt and i did. you can imagine how much laughing we did as we propped raefe up in the crack of the couch and then attempted to prop roman up against him... here are some pics.
