a quick hello!

i apologize for how random this post is ... just saying hello and what we're up to!

working his mojo on a trike!  (actually, he can BARELY
reach the pedals, so he does a lot more "scooting"
on it than actual "triking" at this point.)

roman was excited to bring this home from preschool last
week... he got to be the Super Helper for the day!
it's the little things in life that matter, folks!  :)

i forgot to post some pics of last weekend, when we went to wayland to celebrate mom's bday!  here's a quick summary via pictures...

we headed to grandpa and grandma wenger's farm for a carpet ride (similar to a hayride, but we use carpet instead of hay bales... less mess and it can be ready to go in minutes!)

sorry for the long post... hitting a few different updates in one shot!  when i was still pregnant with benjamin, roman kept requesting different names for benjamin (none of which were benjamin), but he always added "Squeaky" at the end of his list... Since benjamin has become more vocal, we think roman was pretty close when he came up with that name!  (Warning: you may want to turn down your volume near the end of this clip...)  Here is a taste of what we get on a daily basis ... jake calls this the "pterodactyl"...
