We have had a whirlwind month and a half... lots of changes... and it's not over yet! Jake graduated at the end of May (yeah!!) from a 3-year doctoral program at Des Moines University. He is now a physical therapist at Boone County Rehabilitation (in Boone) and loves his job, which he has officially been at for five weeks now.
We had been renting for the last two and a half (almost three!) years and decided it was time to buy a house. We closed on our house and moved in a few weeks ago. We had lots of friends/family who were able to help us, so the move was rather quick and painless! :) We're still in Ankeny - just at a new location, so please give us a call if you're in the area!
Lastbut not least, we are expecting our little guy to arrive very soon. His due date is July 31 (THIS THURSDAY!!) but know that he could come before that... so we're patiently waiting! We will introduce you to him as soon as we have some pics to post!
