fun weekend here at the stotts house -- grandma rosie came to visit for a few days!
saturday morning... colored eggs, a first for roman! he enjoyed this very much. he wanted to keep all of the blue eggs together, all of the red/pink eggs together... he is our little organizer. :) stickers were put on the eggs later in the game...
jake and i went to the wedding of one of his co-workers -- decided to skip the reception and go to a movie for his bday. stuffed some burger/fries from culvers into my purse to enjoy during the flick! fun night out for us while the boys got some special time with grandma rosie.
had planned to go to church this morning but roman woke up with a fever at 2am... so we decided to stay home and lay low (hence the "sick/home outfit" that roman is wearing in these pics!) we hid easter eggs while the boys were napping - was a treat for roman to find them when he woke up! josiah loves to be outside whenever he has the chance -- is into exploring grass (and sometimes trying to eat it) and just moving around as much as possible. busy times for us, but fun!
so thankful for the gift we've been given...

Glad I check your blog before heading to bed. Happy Easter to you guys. Roman and Josiah are really growing up. Looks like Roman was enjoying finding and hiding the eggs as well as coloring them. Hope Roman feels better and everyone stays well, too. Miss you. Love, Aunt Carol
Thanks for the pictures.....always fun to see the boys and family! Also, i wouldn't have thought about taking burgers and fries in my purse to the movie.....great idea!
