josiah was 9 months old yesterday - hard to believe he's that old! i forgot how many changes take place and how much growing there is in the first year!! i love that roman and josiah are (sort of!) starting to play together -- it's more like they're playing in their own "rings" and then josiah spots something interesting that roman is doing... so he ventures over to big brother and then they usually "play together" for a bit, and then either jake or i step in to keep josiah from eating the book/toy/object. i think this is the start of a beautiful friendship. truly. :)
and yes, josiah is finally soooooo big! :) (this was taken post-dinner... hence the necklace of cracker-mush and water/drool all over his shirt.)
