happy father's day!

This message is to wish Jake a happy father's day!  Our boys love you so much - love that you play hard with them, read to them, sit and listen to them, answer their many questions, make them laugh, and many more things... and I'm thankful for all of that, too!  I'm glad to be doing this parenting-thing with you and blessed by you.  We love you!!  :)

here is our message to you...

Roman had this brilliant idea to wish Jake a happy father's day through writing. He initially wanted me to write the message on the bottom of their feet and then take a pic (while the boys laid down on their backs, very still, very close together).  I had a picture of this in my pocket (not a pretty picture), so we opted for holding up signs.  Even this was a bit of a struggle, so we "collaged" it into something nice.  :)

the boys also wanted to sing a song for you. i think the main line is "we love father's more than oranges." yep, it's an original, straight from the heart.

Happy father's day to my dad and Jake's dad, too!  Thank you both for all that you've taught us and loved us through and how you continue to love us and our boys!  We love you!
